ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Aino Corry, author of "Retrospectives Antipatterns", is a teacher, a technical conference editor and retrospectives facilitator. She holds a masters degree and a ph.d. in computer science. She has 12 years of experience with Patterns in Software Development, and 25 years of experience with agile processes in academia and industry (in other words; she is old). She also teaches how to teach Computer Science to teachers, and thus lives up to the name of her company; Metadeveloper. In her spare time, she runs and sings (but not at the same time).
TALK
No AI in Agile with Aino
Given that agile is in it's core: inspect and adapt, what can we see now if we inspect, and how and what can we adapt? Especially now in these AI times. Join this session to hear about 25 years of experience with agile in software, hardware, education, research, and facilitation, and how learnings from this could impact your (work) life. And a little bit about agility in the future with AI. We will look at how to improve meetings, communication, planning, estimation, team work, and our own survival skills in all of this. This will be a provocative inspiration for leaders, architects and engineers, who like to think of how to think about things.
