Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Nubank, she oversees foundational infrastructure and tooling, ranging from CI/CD and runtime environments to mobile application platforms.

Cat is a frequent speaker at global conferences, known for her expertise in Lean-Agile principles, Wardley Mapping, and socio-technical systems.
