About the speaker:
Kim Nena Duggen is an Organizational Architect specializing in New Work, self-organization, and IT strategy. In her role at embarc, she focuses on helping people move beyond dry theory to implement hands-on solution strategies. Depending on the challenge, she acts as a consultant, coach, or trainer to help organizations develop both externally and internally.
With a broad background in process management, Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), and soft skills, Kim is a member of the iSAQB Board and a Team Topologies Advocate (TTA). She is also a co-author of "Basiswissen Geschäftsprozessmanagement" and a systemic conflict moderator.
