Mara Saenger is a Psychologist, AI strategist, and organizational change expert at the intersection of psychology, organizations, and technology. She lectures on AI in HR and AI & Diversity at Leibniz University Hannover, is a certified AI Strategist & Trainer, and has led transformation across public institutions, and private sector clients. As Expert Member of the EU-funded WIDCON programme, she contributes policy recommendations to the European Commission on women shaping the AI economy.
